Chanel meets Marilyn
"What do you wear to bed?" Marilyn was asked. "Just a few drops of No5" was her answer. After this famous answer in a 1954 interview, the popularity of Chanel's signature No5 fragrance increased hugely. Quite like the craze of celebrity associated products today, everybody wanted to smell like their favourite movie star, Marilyn.
