Introducing Lucia Pica

As of January 1st 2015, Lucia Pica has been the new Global Creative Makeup and Colour Designer at Chanel. She has replaced makeup artist Peter Philips who moved to Dior almost two years ago.

Pica is recognised for her use of colour as well as collaborations with photographers Alasdair McLellan and Jamie Hawkesworth.

I love Lucia Pica's work, I'm especially inspired by the strong colour she likes to apply to the eyes. She may have eccentric tendencies but I think she'll fit in just perfectly at Chanel. I can't wait to see the incredible things she's going to do with their cosmetics.
